About Ismael Osuna
Under my Adventureish Consulting LLC concern, I work with start-ups, VC/PE, as well as burgeoning businesses to help them grow. As an Operator I become their COO/CFO/CEO, and work to put logistics, production software systems, people, and accounting systems in to place, and integrate and streamline all. Amongst many other operational and financial processes. In the long term, I work to keep it all going smoothly on a month to month basis. And work hand in hand with the partners/founders/C-Suite team, to help them grow their business.Utilizing my 20+ years working with scaling companies that grew in to large corporations, such as Volcom, Obey, O\'Neill Clothing, Cohn + Wolfe, etc. I help businesses, and brand new endeavors, set themselves up, and gain visibility in to their financials, so they can make the right call on spending, and squeezing dollars out of their budgets. My job is to automate as much of their business as possible, and make myself obsolete, or take on a new role.
