Rower at Riverfront Recapture’s U23 Development Racing Team. I train alongside world class as well as competitive collegiate athletes in a high-performance summer program focused on technical growth, race preparation, and overall rowing development. The program includes intensive on-water practices, erg training, and strength work designed to prepare rowers for competition at the regional and national levels. Being part of this team has strengthened my technical foundation, endurance, and understanding of race strategy, while reinforcing a deep commitment to discipline, teamwork, and personal improvement.
