There are three things that motivate me:Commitment towards achieving a set goal is of paramount importance to me; I strive for it until I achieve it.Second is the importance of creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to arrive.The third is to enhance my strengths and work on my weaknesses.I followed the global economic and market-related news and realized that algorithmic trading is the way forward, as it will help curb the chances of financial crises. It is purely based on mathematical and stochastic models that provide much-needed assistance to the traders globally. My inquisitiveness honed interests that lie in the domains of Quantitative Finance, Business Analytics, and Supply chain. Coursework at Columbia will boost the technical expertise that I gained through my prior experiences, which will be required to drive analytical decisions. Leadership roles at my undergraduate college have broadened my perspective towards teamwork, personal ethic, and helped sharpen my management skills.
