Leading strategic product development and execution for next-generation safety technologies.Key Responsibilities & Achievements• Product Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of product roadmap, feature planning, and requirements for cutting-edge braking systems supporting carious different vehicle platforms.• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute Strategic Planning (STRAP) and Mid-Term Operating Plan (MOP) for product lines, aligning with customer and market strategies.• Business Case Development: Establish and maintain business cases for new opportunities, ensuring alignment with profitability and growth objectives.Ensure projects remain under budget and profitable by tracking and managing spend across FTE allocation, material costs, and overhead expenses.• Financial Management: Manage product family profitability through cost reduction initiatives, growth programs, pricing strategies, and long-term agreements (LTA).Major Projects: Redundant Global Scalable Brake Control – Autonomous Vehicle Program - • Spearhead development of an advanced electronic braking system ensuring optimal safety, controllability, and performance to meet FMVSS 121 & 136 for Primary and Redundant System• Deliver a fail-operational redundant brake system designed for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness under all Operational Design Domain (ODD) and Minimum Risk Maneuver conditions.• Integrate functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity compliance into system architecture to meet stringent industry standards.• Oversee software development (control algorithms, diagnostics) and hardware development (actuators, sensors, ECUs) for high-redundancy performance.• Enable broader ODD coverage and minimum risk conditions (MRCs), preventing road incidents and ensuring mission completion.
