   As a Process Engineer for Drive Unit Manufacturing at Tesla, I serve as the process lead for Stator End-of-Line and Final Assembly S/X production lines across multiple Drive Unit shops. • My role involves end-to-end ownership of process performance, including KPI definition, OEE optimization, scrap reduction, labor efficiency, and yield improvement in high-volume manufacturing environments. I work closely with Operations, Quality, Controls, and Design teams to drive stable, scalable production systems.• I have led the development and validation of manufacturing process parameters, equipment specifications, and quality standards for new Drive Unit designs, delivering over $4M in annual material cost savings through data-driven optimization and cross-functional validation. As the sustaining process lead for critical Bending and Stabbing processes, I have executed FATs, parameter validation, process flow definition, BOM integration, and production control strategies to enable smooth line launches and inventory stability.• Additionally, I have driven major scrap reduction initiatives using structured root cause analysis methodologies such as 8D and 5 Whys, delivering $1.4M+ in scrap savings across Final Assembly and Stator operations. • I also led the installation, commissioning, and ramp-up of a new Drive Unit production line, scaling output from approximately 200 to parts per week through constraint resolution, process refinement, and cross-team coordination.
