I am Advocate Shubh Dharwal, a recent law graduate from Amity and enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. Currently, I am working with Whitespan Advisory LLP, where my work has been a mix of drafting, research, and litigation support. My day-to-day role involves drafting notices, agreements, and applications, along with preparing case briefs and conducting in-depth legal research.So far, I have had the opportunity to work on civil disputes, particularly cases involving partition of joint property, breach of contract, breach of trust, and lifting of the corporate veil. These matters have given me practical exposure to how disputes are contested and resolved, and also strengthened my skills in legal English, structured drafting, and precise argumentation. While I have studied laws such as the Negotiable Instruments Act, my core experience remains in civil matters, with litigation being the central area of my interest.That being said, I am not confined to a single stream. I am equally inclined towards family law, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution, and I am open to exploring diverse areas of civil practice and criminal as well. What I bring to the table is adaptability, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to take ownership of legal drafting, research, and litigation support.Litigation excites me because every matter adds depth to one’s practice, and I am keen to keep building mine.

   drafting and vetting agreements like SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, and master service agreements, share holder agreements and I also assisting on regulatory and compliance-related work. For example, I worked on research around data protection compliance under the DPDP framework, and also helped with matters involving GST representations, MSME Samadhaan filings, and other regulatory issues.
