ABOUT ADV. KAJAL
A law graduate of 2025 and an enrolled Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi. I am currently working as a Trainee Intern under the Security & Law Vertical at NITI Aayog. My engagement in this vertical at NITI Aayog has further broadened my perspective on how law operates beyond courtrooms at the level of governance, policy formulation and national frameworks.My academic training, combined with hands-on courtroom exposure, has shaped my interest in the practical and policy dimensions of law. I regularly appear before the Delhi District Courts, primarily handling matrimonial and criminal matters. This experience has allowed me to work closely with clients at sensitive stages of their lives. I am particularly interested in criminal justice, family law and the evolving relationship between law, governance and public policy. This intersection of litigation and policy continues to define my professional journey.
