ABOUT ADV. JAHANAWAZ

As a law student, I am fond of gaining a deeper understanding of the legal system and its impact on individuals and society as a whole। Through my courses and internships, I have enhanced my analytical and research skills as well as my ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner।My interest in law began after graduation। I looked for opportunities to gain practical legal experience, including internships at law firms।In addition to my law classes, I also try to be aware of current legal trends and developments। I am an active member of various legal organizations and attend conferences and seminars with other legal professionals to expand my knowledge and network।As I move forward in my legal career, I want to gain experience and continue to make meaningful contributions to the legal profession। I have a special interest in the areas of corporate law, public interest law and criminal law and I would like to explore various legal specialties during my career। More specifically, I have developed a keen interest in corporate law because I am interested in complex legal issues arising in the business world। I have extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations and corporate governance matters and enjoy the challenge of crossing the complex legal framework of these areas।
