My publications on maternal rights, fetal viability, and sexual harassment laws reflect my commitment to addressing complex legal challenges. Researched provisions under the CGST Act, 2017, bail applications, tax evasion as a criminal offense. Researched on the powers of DRI officers under the Customs Act, conflicts between user privacy rights and intermediary obligations, and the constitutional validity of IT rules. Attended meetings, prepared detailed case summaries and documents, and attended court proceedings. Contributed to finding precedent cases and developing legal arguments for various ongoing cases and legal inquiries. Received a call back recommendation from a retained Partner.
