Attending hearing proceedings in the court matter of DRT, SARFAESI Cases (where needed) for issuance of attachment order(s) & physical possession order(s). Assisting as a Legal Manager to authorised officer where lodging of F.I.R in the matter of theft (from sealed sites {IPC-Sec 378}), fraud borrower’s {IPC-Sec 420}, drafting of legal notices, reply to Govt. authorities/ borrowers etc. Assistance in the matters of Arbitration, Sec 138 (NIA Act), DRT, DRAT, Civil Suit, Recovery Suit, Mediation at any court of laws in various state matter around PAN India.
