I\'ve always believed that great businesses are built on two things: relationships and execution. Over the years, that belief has taken me from Canada to Europe and Asia - leading teams, building partnerships, and driving growth in industries as diverse as financial services, manufacturing, and advanced materials. Over the last 4 years, I essentially worn two hats for most of that period. As Chief Commercial Officer at GE Additive, I led the global commercial strategy for our entire product portfolio, helping customers unlock the potential of additive manufacturing. At the same time, I continued to serve as President & CEO of a global leader in advanced materials where I drove transformation, accelerated growth, and fostered innovation to stay ahead in a fast-evolving industry. A role that I\'d been carrying since 2016 with a lot of pride and passion. Before that, I spent nearly 20 years with GE Capital, where I had the privilege of leading commercial, risk and underwriting teams across three continents. Along the way, I developed deep expertise in asset-based, cash flow, cross-border, syndicated financing structures and enterprise lending - and learned the value of designing sales processes that actually deliver results. No matter the role, the constant has been my passion for developing people into high-performing teams. I believe in collaborative leadership, in setting clear goals, continuous improvement, and in celebrating wins, big and small, that move us forward. Today, I continue to pursue my passions, stay engaged in my community and advise organizations locally and internationally. For me, leadership is about impact - on business, on the team, and on the world around us.
