About Anthony Duong

I’m an avid white-boarder and management professional who believes in the power of teams and the value of collective knowledge and diverse thoughts. In today’s world, we can’t afford to go it alone nor can we ignore the importance of the customer experience. As a progressive thought leader with business operations, product management, and IT delivery experience, I work hard every day to serve and bring people together to solve real world problems. In my 18 years of IT and Program management experience, I have applied servant leadership to guide small nimble teams to deliver complex, multi-million dollar, initiatives that include software development, vendor solution acquisition, business intelligence/data analytics, data warehousing, data integration, training, process re-design, and business model/digital transformation. Adopting a growth mindset, I don’t just sit idle. I continue to evolve my skills, knowledge and encourage others to come along. Evangelizing Agile, Product Management, and DevOps practices, I have coached numerous teams through transformation. I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Quantitative Economics and Decision Sciences from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). I have also earned several professional certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), AWS Cloud Practitioner, and several major insurance designations (CPCU, CLU, INS, AIC).On a personal note, I enjoyed my time with family, traveling, volunteering in my community, and training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
