As Assistant Executive Director my duties include daily operations of both centers of ADS - Dorothy\'s Place and Grashot Center, community outreach, and training. Our training program includes workshops for caregivers, family and professional, on basic dementia, care of those with dementia, caregiver stress, and Dementia Sensitivity Event where we give the participants a simulated experience of what it is like to have dementia (only3-5 minutes).
