   I work as a Business Analyst in the Debt-Management Department of HDFC Bank. The role requires me to handle portfolios of various sizes, varying from Rs 100 - 800 crores. For these portfolios, I prepare calendars with strategic planning for digital interventions for recovery for loans. Some of the portfolios that I have handled are Low Value (25lakhs max Outstanding Amount) Home Loans Portfolio of Rs. 800 crores, Pre-NPA, Dedupe accounts for Home Loans as well. My role also requires a lot of data handling in huge volumes and the preparation of MIS reports. To make this easier, I use Python Jupyter Notebook to automate the reports.I am also engaged in the preparation of MIS reports of Unsecured Products like PL and BL which provide insights into the resolution and recovery status, settlement details for normalization of accounts. Attend huddle calls with stakeholders like NCHs, RCLMs and respond to their adhoc requirements and inquries.Maintenance of user modules like Write-off module, Property Valuation modules in liaison with IT team, I am also responsible for solving the queries of the modules that Branch Managers face pan India. Collaborate in project deployment by raising ServiceNow and ZOHO tickets and uploading the BRD according to the requirements, using the Microsoft Project Management Tool for uploading project details. Performing UAT for projects deployed to check and gauge efficiency.Running SQL queries to allocate accounts for Teams across the Bank for their interventions
