I currently implement M&E efforts for Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) programs at Room to Read, India ensuring alignment with state government priorities and national education goals.My work focuses on building robust data systems, strengthening government monitoring frameworks, and driving evidence-informed decision-making. I have extensive experience in conducting large-scale assessments, implementing field surveys using digital tools (Kobo Toolbox, Survey CTO), and developing interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) for stakeholder use.Having worked across government, nonprofit, and donor-funded ecosystems—including World Bank and state-led initiatives—I bring a nuanced understanding of data use at the policy and implementation levels. I’m passionate about leveraging data to make public systems more responsive and equitable.
