Due to the USA Tariff change in 2025. Led the automation for the change in 1500+ Quote which included products like Printer, supplies and service parts level. Rebates, bid price and approved prices were recalculated along with sending of the revised Quotation letter.° Used Hitachi Effective grid as Anaplan was decommsioned. The app was used to forecast the future sales of printers and other products. ° Led the automation of generation of Sales order and workorder along with a case and assigning to a field service agent/partner whenever our IOT enabled printers used to detect with low cartridge/failure.° Collaborated with business stakeholders to gather and understand the business requirements to understand the feasibility and implementing it ° Following SAFe ( Scaled Agile Framework) practice to deliver quality code in short span of time
