I\'ve been in healthcare my entire career. Starting in care delivery, I\'ve also done years of consulting as well as global software product management. Today I am a driven executive in ​one of the fastest growing healthcare IT companies in Silicon Valley - and loving it! With over 25 years of experience​ managing and leading teams I​ ​am a dynamic​, ​compassionate leader and ​strong strategic thinker ​-​ dedicated to driving innovation and delivering results.​I​\'m currently the Vice President of Growth Enablement at Innovaccer, a healthcare technology company ​partnering with some of the top provider systems on the planet to truly transform the way healthcare is delivered and experienced. ​I​ am responsible for managing Innovaccer’s Advisory Board​ programs, ​and setting ​our learning strategy, a​s well as managing the company\'s learning and ​d​evelopment ​leaders. Prior to joining Innovaccer, ​I held a number of senior executive positions in the healthcare and technology industries, including Vice President of Care Coordination at NextGen, a market leading EHR. ​I​ also served as the Senior Innovation Specialist for the Hearst Media Innovation Lab, where ​I ​studied and practiced the lean innovation process and agile development methodology. I​ split a decade at IBM between roles in IBM Research as Healthcare Strategist, ​IBM Consulting with national provider and payor organizations, and as ​a Global Offering & Product Manager for IBM Software Group’s Healthcare division. Prior to ​my focus on healthcare technology, ​I​ spent over a decade in care delivery in primary ​a​nd specialty care, medical genetics​, ​immunotherapy and hospital leadership roles.​I​ hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Georgia State University, which ​I​ attended on scholarship from Emory Hospital. ​I​ also hold a Master of Business Administration from Thomas University, with a specialty in Small Business Administration.
