Along the way I’ve learned a lot about building and running a business, and about myself and the type of work that gives me energy – a team atmosphere, diverse work assignments, a chance to roll up my sleeves and get my hands dirty, and the opportunity to bring something to life that didn’t exist before.When I take step back from the “what I do” and reflect on the “how I get it done,” I see my values at work – a mindset of service to others, an appreciation for the unique contributions of each individual, and a commitment to be kind to others while also being true to myself.
