Workforce Development Innovator | Registered Apprenticeship Strategist | Federal Grant and Higher Education Leader | EntrepreneurI’m a workforce development strategist and higher education leader with 15+ years of experience building programs, partnerships, and policies that expand access to economic mobility. My passion lies in connecting people to purpose—through Registered Apprenticeships, community college innovation, and nonprofit capacity building.I\'ve helped launch and scale apprenticeship initiatives across 31 states and US territories, directing over $27 million in federal grant and cooperative agreement funding in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Labor, community colleges, and non profits. At the heart of my work is aligning systems—education, employers, and government—to make learning and labor markets more inclusive and responsive.From designing scalable apprenticeship models in higher ed to supporting grantees through federal program implementation, I bring a deep understanding of what it takes to move from idea to execution. I’ve led cross-sector convenings, presented at national workforce summits, and built sustainable partnerships that center community and equity for career pathways that work for everyone.
