Proud to serve as corporate in-house counsel to First Property Management Solution, LLC, a property management company, and to related property development companies located throughout New Jersey. Handling a broad spectrum of matters, including contracting, leasing, litigation and negotiations for residential, retail and office solutions.Previously, as an experienced litigator, appellate lawyer, and trusted advisor to executives, I have helped companies manage legal and financial risk across a broad spectrum of legal disputes, including but not limited to construction, real estate, corporate divorce and other complex litigation matters. I am often retained by clients as appellate counsel before and during trial to ensure proper procedures and protocols are followed in the event an appeal is filed. My expertise in appellate work also includes having secured precedent setting victories in the New Jersey Appellate Division of the Superior Court and the New Jersey Supreme Court.Recently completed a three year term as Board Chair of the Board of the Trustees for Stein Care, formerly known as the Oscar and Ella Wilf Campus for Senior Living, an organization providing senior living and related services to the community. With senior management, involved in all levels of Board engagement, third party transactions, operations and decisions affecting the lives of the senior community.
