   Work in USAA’s Enterprise Risk & Compliance as a Lead Risk Analyst on the International Team utilizing my skills as a Business Program Manager. • Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. • Analyze business needs by examining the current processes, defining new processes, identifying problems and offering viable solutions. • Provides risk management support for a line of business or staff agency in key risk identification, measurement, monitoring, control and reporting, and the understanding and management of risk through appropriate practices and processes. • Assess and oversee USAA EUR International and business exposures including key and emerging risks. • Monitors the risk and control environment and provides effective challenge to internal and external stakeholders to ensure that exposures are kept at acceptable levels. • Applies expert knowledge to utilize or produce analytical material for discussions with cross functional teams to understand business objectives and influence solution strategies. • Leads, assembles and facilitates cross-functional teams to identify, assess, aggregate and mitigate current and emerging risk events. • Serves as the point of contact for senior risk leadership on projects and special management requests that often impact the USAA EUR International or core operating area. • Assist in project management activities such as project planning, risk assessment and scope containment. • Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. • Creating and managing long-term goals. • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
