Utilize method, process, and product understanding to provide technical assistance and input for troubleshooting efforts. Design and conduct engineering studies to support deviation and complaint investigations to verify product quality and uniformity, when necessary. Write validation protocols and conduct validation activities as required by change control. Created SOPs for specific formulation processes, assays, and instrumentation. Design, review and revise Manufacturing and Quality Control documents for new and existing products and processes. Provide and document training of technical and production personnel in the application of new processes and transfer of new products. Interface with existing vendors, and identify and qualify new vendors, to assure delivery of quality raw materials and components at reasonable costs. Gain process knowledge to become a recognized Subject Matter Expert at the site to represent the technical expertise in cross functional teams/projects.
