I work closely with U.S-based companies that rely on talent in the Philippines and India, helping them scale through repeatable knowledge transfer, L&D strategy, and cross-cultural communication.With a background in BPO and RPO operations, I’ve led large-scale implementations, built training programs from the ground up, and coached everyone from front-line leads to C-level execs.
