About Adrienne Fusek
My academic and professional background is in adult education, training, and international education. I do my best work leading diverse teams where each individual knows they’re valued, takes pride in their unique identity, and is confident that their insights are as important as anyone else’s. Inclusion, collaboration, and flexibility are the ingredients to creative problem solving, innovative project management, true engagement, and so much more. The climate crisis and systemic injustices are the biggest challenges of our time. Through my work, I want to help unravel and repair these issues while inspiring others to leverage their talents to make the world a more peaceful, livable, and equitable place.When I can\'t work anymore, maybe I\'ll run a doggy daycare spending my days in a hammock reading books and drinking bubbly water. Until then, I’m a highly organized and unapologetically inclusive leader. I’m deeply concerned for the planet and social justice, and I take pride in being exceptionally good at what I do.
