Continue building out the Conduct Risk Office through elements and aspects of both the Enterprise Conduct Risk Management Policy and the Enterprise Reputation Risk Management Policy. • Responsible for monitoring and measuring risk data, development of Key Risk Indicators and Risk Appetite Set-Limits in support of escalating risks effectively, including management-level reporting. • Review and challenge potential Conduct and Reputation Risks identified in monitoring customer satisfaction, social media, advertising, and marketing, and support the overall evolution of the program framework and maturity. • Collaborate with Business Line(s) and other Independent Risk Management partners to collect, analyze, and help inform an overall assessment and point-of-view on Conduct and Reputation Risk across the enterprise. • Evaluate areas of risk, alerting management to critical deficiencies, potential violations of policies, procedures, standards and/or regulations, and recommend steps for remediation utilizing available data to determine if incidents and/or trends are isolated or indicative of wider-spread company issues.
