   Lead a pod of Junior Recruiters; including reviewing weekly numbers (revenue and metric goals put in place by the company), identifying and assisting them with challenges they may be having with placing active or prospected candidates on their next assignment- Meet weekly with direct supervisor to report on the collective pod’s (including my own) revenue and metric performance (target goals that were met, missed, or exceeded)- Recruit and place qualified candidates into posted jobs across Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. Positions filled are primarily contract and some per diem; running between 40-50 temps at any given time- Update profiles for submission to clients with open positions (includes updating resume/work history, and calling references)- Reverse market candidates to facilities when positions are not currently posted; sometimes resulting in a placement- Ensure candidates are on track for appointed start dates; assisting our credentialing team in acquiring all credentials and information needed to complete their file in a timely fashion- Discuss and negotiate salary with candidates- Draw up contracts to send to candidates for signature once positions are officially accepted- Promote our Referral Program, which offers Referral Bonuses to staff members after their referral works a defined amount of time with our company.
