   Reporting to the Kelly Education Vice President of Law, leads the Kelly Education and Investigation team and incident management specialists responsible for investigating all alleged violations involving Kelly Education temporary employees. Confirm that the appropriate steps of the investigation process occur including creation of a case in the incident management system, interviewing employees, gathering statements, collecting evidence, verifying details, documenting facts and that the appropriate resolution/ outcome and execution of corrective action up to and including termination of employment is carried out.• Keep executive leadership apprised of significant cases and their status. • Evaluate and monitor the workflow coming through the Kelly Education case management system, conduct audits to close gaps and make certain all data is 100% accurate when reported to the Kelly Board of Directors. • Use statistics, technology, and analytical skills to make informed decisions and recommendations.• Monitor performance metrics to identify areas of strengths and weaknesses amongst the incident management specialist team.• Understand the basic details of every open case and reinforce the importance that cases are handled with utmost confidentiality, sensitivity, and in compliance with policies, and procedures. • Assist with word tracks, de-escalation tactics and offer role-playing opportunities to instill confidence in Incident Management Specialists with having courageous conversations with Kelly talent.• Partner with the Kelly Education training team to identify gaps and trends to introduce online training for field based/customer site employees to mitigate risk to Kelly, employees, customers, and students.
