At DYSL.IO, we specialize in creating and implementing neurodiversity programs. Through our work, we support businesses by building inclusive environments where all employees can thrive, regardless of their neurological differences. With over 10 years of experience in healthcare as a registered nurse and specialized training in Autism and Neurodiversity in the Workplace, I bring a unique perspective to diversity and inclusion consulting. My journey from acute care to public health, combined with my personal experience as a neurodiverse individual, positions me to bridge the gap between employers and neurodiverse employees. Founded in November 2023, DYSL.IO offers a range of services: Consulting services: Tailored consulting that supports both employees and employers, streamlining the integration of diverse needs into the workplace to foster an inclusive and supportive environment. Coaching services: A specialized coaching service tailored to individuals with learning differences and their families, providing targeted guidance on financial management and establishing strong relationships with institutions. Our aim is to unlock potential and enable effective navigation through life’s challenges. Dyslexia app: An innovative AI-powered app designed for individuals with dyslexia and related challenges, leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance reading and writing skills. By breaking down communication barriers, it empowers users toward greater independence and confidence.
