ABOUT ADRIENNE MASON

I’m a mission-driven leader with a deep belief in the power of relationships, strategy, and shared vision to drive meaningful change. Across every role I’ve held, from leadership in nonprofits to board service in education and workforce development, I lead with clarity, care, and a commitment to equity. As Statewide Director of Development at Akin, I guide philanthropic strategy to support families across Washington, ensuring children and caregivers have the tools they need to thrive. I bring more than a decade of nonprofit leadership in behavioral health, basic needs, and education access and I’m known for building strong teams, unlocking resources, and creating systems that work. I also serve as Board Chair at Rooted School Vancouver, where we’re reimagining high school to close opportunity gaps and prepare students of color for jobs of the future. And as a board member for the Building Futures Foundation, I help steward scholarships and community investments that support the next generation of skilled workers in Southwest Washington. I lead with integrity, I work across sectors, and I’m always thinking about how to build something that lasts. Let’s connect.
