I co-founded Happy Estate Planning to help families protect what matters most—virtually, clearly, and compassionately. As Operations Manager, I helped build the firm from the ground up alongside our founding attorney, creating a fully remote, New York-based estate planning practice that delivers a warm, modern, and efficient client experience.I led the implementation of our core systems, collaborating with experts from Bambiz (marketing), Ettinger Tech (legal tech), and Hiring & Empowering Solutions (team strategy). Ettinger Tech built automated workflows inside Lawmatics, our CRM, while I executed the full rollout—configuring our phone system, integrating platforms, launching webinars, and producing client materials using Gamma, Canva, ChatGPT, and HeyGen.I also hired and trained our first Client Support Manager, a virtual assistant in the Philippines. I built her onboarding system, wrote sales scripts, and trained her in client intake, communication, and trust funding. I also enrolled her in a 3-day Estate Planning 101 training for non-lawyers through WealthCounsel.Highlights:• Developed and delivered our “Estate Planning That Feels Good” webinar and workshop, with live polls and interactive engagement• Oversaw CRM setup, client communications, scheduling tools, and SOP documentation• Integrated Zoom, Lawmatics, RingCentral, Canva, Gamma, ChatGPT, and HeyGen into daily ops• Built our webinar-to-consultation funnel, converting attendees into booked clients• Created our branded binder package: physical documents + USB archive + legacy planning tools• Launched our signature 90-minute Happy Estate Planning Session to guide new familiesIn our first 90 days, we’ve earned our first 5-star reviews and booked multiple client consultations. We’re proving estate planning can be modern, personal, and refreshingly human.
