With a steadfast commitment to fostering a culture of integrity, my role as Corporate Associate VP & Senior Deputy General Counsel at Comcast encompasses oversight of our global compliance program across Comcast, NBCUniversal and Sky. My team and I work to ensure the implementation of effective policies, regular training, and robust communication channels, aiming to uphold the highest ethical standards and adhererence to legal obligations. I advise on the company\'s risks in areas such as financial crime, international trade controls, conflicts of interest, and human rights, and regularly collaborate with our business unit legal and compliance teams. I previously served as Interim Chief Compliance Officer at Sky. This experience, alongside my expertise in managing legal operations for Comcast\'s Corporate division and prior experience at international law firms, has developed my brand as a trusted corporate counsel, litigator and compliance professional.I am also committed to giving back to the community and promoting inclusion in the legal profession, as evidenced by my pro bono work, civic initiatives, and recognition by Legal Momentum, the Legal Intelligencer, National Black Lawyers, Philadelphia Business Journal, and the Philly Tribune.

I also lead on key areas from the compliance perspective such as information management and oversee aspects of Legal Operations for the Corporate business division.I also lead a team that provides compliance counsel and guidance to the Comcast Corporate and Spectacor business divisions.
