Collaborated with Global flagship team to develop and implement new design concept for Estee Lauder brand. Store design team lead for flagship locations in China and United Kingdom locations, flex designer for all regions globally-Implemented Estee Lauder’s first full new concept store in Suzhou, China, liaising between global creative, visual merchandising, executive teams, and local construction team in China -Utilized new concept direction to determine library of materials for global implementation, creatively sourcing to adhere to Estee Lauder global sustainability guidelines-Designed and drafted technical drawings for key elements of store design and Visual Merchandising, including makeup walls, hygiene integration, millwork, and branding within store environments-Successfully adapted merchandising concept for makeup category across shop-in-shops, free standing stores, and open sell / specialty multi environments, developing technical details to integrate with merchandising systems.
