   Sales Focus: Legacy Accounts & Luxury Leisure Segment• Lead commercial strategy focusing on brand growth, revenue optimization, and market positioning • Drove 15% increase in Guestroom revenue and 35% in Banquet & Catering revenue at The Rittenhouse since assuming position• Manage all legacy and leisure accounts, including luxury Consortia (Virtuoso, Signature, FHR, Internova) and top group account• Direct daily revenue strategy meetings and collaborate with the Executive Committee to drive topline performance• Oversee a Sales & Catering team of up to 15 members, including 3 complex managers; responsible for recruitment, onboarding, mentorship and conducting annual performance reviews• Responsible for monthly forecasting and annual budgeting: 90-day & mid-month forecasts, annual group and catering budgets, expenses and strategic business planning• Develop sales specific collateral, B2B promotions, and manage all consortia and corporate travel marketing (including Sabre promotions)• Represent the properties at 4–5 key trade shows annually (Virtuoso Week, ILTM, LHW travel tradeshows)• Continuously refine sales processes to better support Five-Star operational standards• Provide support to the GM and Regional Sales leadership as needed
