Leads the technical teams for health analysis, health equity measurement, and knowledge translation to coordinate the collection, analyses, and dissemination of statistics in coordination with PAHO/WHO internal and country representation offices, countries, and partners. • Plans and guides the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Organization’s mandates in health information and analysis, vital statistics, and monitoring the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) health indicators within the America’s Region.• Leads, as Technical Secretariat, PAHO’s flagship publication of Health in the Americas, the Core Indicators report, and the Regional Initiative of the Core Health Data. She is a key technical lead for the PAHO Regional Mortality Database, and the America’s Region work for the WHO Family of International Classifications (WHO-FIC).• Administers, allocates, and monitors financial, logistical and staff resources; prepares, and justifies program and budget proposals; plan and organize the formulation, development, implementation and control of systems to monitor performance in accordance with the results-based management approach.
