My teams enable quick, consistent, reliable data-driven decisions within the whole organization. A quick (non-exhaustive) overview of what they do:* Develop causal inference models to understand the impact of a change or unobserved confounders * Help other teams optimize for different goals (revenue, marketplace efficiency, etc.)* Develop matching and ranking models to help our clients and workers meet their goals * Design models to support business performance (uplift modeling, churn, LTV.)* Build a thorough experimentation framework in a two-sided marketplace * Build the tools and analytics solutions to enable all of the above * Consolidate a data strategy that is already a pillar of our organization Key achievements include a significant reduction of operational expenses, an increase in margin, an increase in the volume of bookings, and data capabilities adopted by hundreds of internal users (actual values not disclosable)
