I’ve been privileged to help scale both established and emerging tech companies across multiple stages of growth. Most notably, I spent 8 years scaling Improbable, starting from 15 person team and scaling the organisation through nearly 100x growth. Following that chapter, I joined Windranger Labs, where I worked closely with founders, teams, and communities across the Web3 ecosystem to build and scale foundational protocols and on-chain organisations.Most recently, I’m at Kiln, working on an ambitious mission to help shape the future of on-chain yield and staking infrastructure.I\'ve been lucky to experience a number of diverse cultures having lived in England, France, Indonesia and North America. I love travelling and discovering different cultures and foods across the globe. When time permits, I explore on interests in sport, web3 and AI whilst indulging an online gaming habit.
