ABOUT ADRIEN DELARUE
I graduated in Law & Economics in Paris and have been working in the field of Compliance ever since. I started as a Compliance consultant, specialized in regulatory strategy and regulatory engineering. I helped financial institutions build and optimize AML, internal control and risk management programs. I also assisted several fintechs in obtaining a payment services provider license with the ACPR in France. One of those fintechs was Swan, which obtained its license as a e-money institution in 2020. I eventually joined Swan in 2021 to lead the Compliance & Legal function. Swan is the best embedded finance solution in Europe. I also make sure it is the most compliant one. Along with my team, we implemented strong compliance arrangements to control and monitor our compliance risk regarding Swan\'s partners and customers. We also participated in launching Swan in Europe, starting with Germany and Spain! I am interested in all topics related to compliance, banking regulation, payments, and law in general!
