About Adriel Yong
Born and raised in Singapore, currently shuttling between SF, LA, Manila and SG. I love doing the zero to one journey with interesting people working on interesting problems. Currently building creator AI twins at Clout Kitchen. Previously helped to launch NonPublic, a $100M+ private markets investment platform and Orvel Ventures, an early stage venture fund focused on Southeast Asia. Got to partner with numerous exceptional founders and > 200+ companies that will deeply impact the way we work, live and play in Southeast Asia.I was previously part of the founding team at Access, an IPC social mobility charity (access-sg.co), providing disadvantaged students with impactful career exploration opportunities and support. I led and scaled our partnerships with schools and leading organizations such as DBS Bank, GIC, Kaspersky, SMRT, MOE and MCCY; supported our fundraising efforts with leading philanthropy organizations like BinjaiTree Foundation, SHEIN, National Youth Council, AJ Capital, and GB Helios.I have also represented Singapore as part of delegations to the ASEAN-India Youth Summit 2019 and the ASEAN Youth Interfaith Camp 2020. I currently serve as a Council Member on the 18th National Youth Council.B.A.(Hons) Global Affairs from Yale-NUS College. Author of BRAVE10, showcasing the top 10 journeys of Singapore tech leaders. I enjoy contributing reviews to various F&B magazines and blogs, and host a mean dinner party with char siew and har cheong gai. I can also be found scuba diving or hiking around Southeast Asia. I’m also actively building communities like the Yale-NUS Club, On Deck’s Singapore Chapter, BRAVE Southeast Asia Tech and Mandala Club.I\'m open for public speaking engagements and panel moderation opportunities. I have been a speaker/moderator on entrepreneurship, leadership and community building across Yale-NUS, NUS, NTU, Protege Ventures, e27 Echelon, Seedstars, Singapore Global Network, and many others.
