At Yangaroo, I assist in end-to-end digital submission and judging workflows for some of the world’s most prestigious award shows, including the Grammys, Golden Globes, NAACP Image Awards, JUNO Awards, and more- Collaborate in the setup and optimization of award platforms, ensuring smooth submission and judging experiences for artists, producers, and industry professionals- Collaborate with developers, designers, and award organizers to refine category logic, submission forms, pricing models, and user flows- Use tools such as HTML/CSS, Excel, and workflow automation to streamline complex processes and improve efficiency- Partner with clients to align workflows with their unique award structures, from large global shows to smaller, niche programs- Contribute to product development and marketing initiatives that highlight Yangaroo’s flexibility, security, and innovation in the entertainment industry.This role allows me to combine my project management skills, UX design, and process optimization to help high-profile award shows run smoothly behind the scenes.
