As a rising senior at DePauw University majoring in Communication and minoring in Business Administration, I\'m seeking full-time opportunities after graduation in Human Resource or Corporate Communications. At DePauw, I\'ve developed strong leadership and organizational skills through my roles as captain of DePauw Cheerleading, a student-run organization, and VP of New Member Education and Member Experience at the Gamma Chapter of Alpha Phi. These experiences have strengthened my ability to lead with energy and empathy while completing tasks efficiently. Through the Management Fellows program, I’ve gained exposure to many core business functions, engaged with industry leaders, and completed a semester-long internship at Kite Realty Group. This experience sparked a deeper interest in internal communications and Human Resources.
