Product and design leadership.I work with design and product teams to create excellent end to end user experiences.I mentor and coach teams so that products are user centred and meet business goals.As a product person and service designer I juggle the trade offs between, design, research and business needs. I enable all the professionals in a team to fully understand the product needs and vision.
