A transformational leader with the experience, energy, enthusiasm, pragmatism & speed of thought, to develop & drive forward-looking strategies to enable growth & tangible benefits.35th year inside the IT industry; His career thus far has been wide and varied. Early career (first 15 years) very much focused on detailed technical support of Local and Central Government majoring in Microsoft technology stacks, holding technical certifications with Microsoft, Novell, HP and Cisco. This naturally evolved into automation, tool-sets and user ‘experience’ being central to success, providing significant inroads to reducing service outages, incident volumes and cost reduction within several organisations.Widely renowned in the IT industry for his rapid execution, innovation and delivery of large scale transformation programmes, cutting through red tape and bureaucracy. Spanning sectors as varied as local & central government, business process outsourcing (BPO) as well IT outsourcing (ITO) & Service Integration.For the last 15 years Adrian has lead large scale Service Delivery organisations supporting 100\'s of clients, line managing of staff with truly global footprints.During Royal Mail Group (20••••11) & Telefonica (20••••14) he championed numerous large scale transformation programmes (Hyper-V, enterprise roaming Wi-Fi, WAN transformation, BPoS, Tier-IV data centre, Mid range Consolidation, private IaaS, Office 365 as well as desktop transformation). Several of these recognised with industry accolades and awards for innovation, client focus and execution.While at IAG (2014 – 2019) as Global head of IT Service & Infrastructure & IT Chief Operating Officer, responsible for driving the creation of a world class shared services IT operation between the IT operations of BA, Iberia, Vueling, Aer Lingus, Avios, etc.During 2019 he joined Walgreens Boots Alliance (\"WBA\") as the Global VP of Infrastructure and Transformation in a key role to enact and delver structural changes and transformation to the Global Operating Model inside the group along with a major divestiture of the Alliance Healthcare company.In parallel since 2019 - Adrian has been running his own organisation (\"NeoAde\") which assists organisations with change, transitions & transformation - using his expertise and experience over the last two decades for some of largest and most complex organisations in the world. A mixture of a strong technical background, linked to executive level leadership affords a powerful proven hybrid resulting in proven execution and results.
