ABOUT ADRIAN RAUSCH
I am a Project Management professional with 20 years experience of successfully delivering complex technology projects and programmes to the IT and Broadcast Media industries. I have up-to-date experience in the diverse project management methodologies and processes required for both software development and IT infrastructure delivery. I also have recent experience in the management of larger, multi-discipline programmes of work, requiring accurate and detailed director level reporting and stakeholder management, as well as team management of large, multi-national teams and the communication skills required at all levels for successful project delivery. I have an extensive technical skill-set from my experience in the end-to-end delivery of diverse IT systems, which in recent years has included hands-on management through all stages of software design, development and release. I have also managed a number of ground-up IT infrastructure build projects which have utilized the latest network and virtualized infrastructure technologies.Most recently I have been responsible for the delivery of programmes of work for Cisco/Synamedia; previously I have worked at, Virgin Media, Sky UK, and Ericsson Broadcast, where I managed a Channel 4 VoD portfolio. My previous experience also includes roles at Siemens and the BBC.
