I am a PSYPACT-credentialed Licensed Psychologist based in North Carolina, with a PhD from Indiana University-Bloomington and postdoctoral training at Duke University Counseling and Psychological Services. With several years of experience, I specialize in the mental health of emerging adults, men and masculinities, and psychological assessment. I have a proven track record in treating a variety of presenting concerns in adults aged 18 and older, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and OCD. My research focus is on the experiences of Latinx/é individuals regarding religion/spirituality, sexuality, gender identity, and substance use. Through my research, I aim to uncover the factors that promote wellness among students of color, drawing from my personal experiences as a student, university instructor, psychologist, and advocate.I am committed to advancing mental health awareness and promoting equitable access to care.
