Company / Project: Mentorius is a technology and research company using AI, machine learning, and research-based educational technology to facilitate, assess, and support peer mentoring—augmenting human connection and enabling scalable, human-centric, meaningful mentoring interactions.Role: Founder / Machine Learning Software Engineer, Educational Technologist, Project Manager, and Mentoring & AI Researcher | RAG Systems, Computer Vision, SaaS, AI Systems for Voice Assessment in Conversational Settings. This work is part of my PhD research as a doctoral student at BYU.Performance: Built a peer-learning platform where students learn by teaching and collaborating, earn rewards, and teachers can guide and track learning. Also built the multimodal RAG system (text, image, tools) for MentoriusAI, an AI based platform that provides real-time report for teachers on student learning gaps based on students’ conversational/peer mentoring data.
