Responsible for delivering the complete Electric Powertrain system in on of the most advanced electrified vehicles in Aston Martin’s history. Overseeing system integration, performance targets, and supplier management while ensuring technical excellence, budget control, and cross-functional collaboration. Managing electric powertrain hardware and software, including energy storage (HV battery), high-voltage power conversion (inverters, DC/DC, onboard charger), and propulsion systems (e-motors, integrated electric drive units) to achieve world-class performance. Reporting to directors and senior leadership on progress, problem-solving, challenges, and key milestones. Leading a team of 9 people within the ePowertrain programme.
