ABOUT ADRIANO SIANO

I\'m employee in MBDA SpA as system engineer and I deal with of the complex systems design. Previously, I was in Alstom Ferroviaria SpA in the railways signalling area. I was involved in different projects and actvities as senior system engineer both Italian and abroad.Some of these are: Tanzania Project ERTMS L0 & L2; Bulgarian GA and SA ERTMS L1; ACCM Latina Formia Project; tender phases and supports. Besides, I manage different product\'s development and deployment of new product with the customers. I manage as Key User (Rome site) the Requirements Managment using \"DOORS\"and IBM tools(e.g. RTC). I appointed as Expert Certified in these field and for INCOSE I\'m System Engineer Professional Certified.In the previous experiences, I was been in Leonardo SpA as consultant for the “ALTRAN group\"​, where I covered the \"System Engineer\" in the naval combat systems business unit. Specifically, I developed innovative system\'s models, through a model driven approach (MBSE), using meta languages as \"SysML\"​ with framework \"RTS Atego\". I also developed tools to validate implemented models, in particular the functional chain and activity diagram.In the past, I was involved in Leonardo SpA as consultant, where I dealt with of the software analysis, development and integration of the navigation system (GPLINS) on the “Tornado” aircraft simulator MLU and weapon\'s integration. I come from the industry turned to automation, engineering and production\'s processes, an area for which I have always had a strong passion. In fact, I was employed by the “National Research Council” during and after the “Master in Industrial Research”, which I attended after I won a national concourse to the ITIA - CNR.In this context, I have dealt with innovative software and hardware for industrial automation in particular based on real-time operating systems (RTAI), and the development of algorithms for “PLC” control logic, based on the language described by “IEC 61131” standard and using different communication protocols.My specialties involving sectors as Aerospace & Defense, Industry, Automation & Control, Electrics Systems, Railways Industries in different roles.I\'ve a very transversal experiences: automation, industrial cabinet design; networks communication design; signalling(certified IS0 and ISB for RFI), electrical interfaces, power supply passing through requirement and change management, system and industrial software design. I\'m able to manage the tasks and actvities relating at SE and V&V with a innovative spirit but in the same time formal and accurate.
