Sono nato e cresciuto professionalmente in PRIMA INDUSTRIE. Per oltre 10 anni mi sono occupato di addestramento e documentazione tecnica. Successivamente ho avuto l\'opportunità di occuparmi di Risorse Umane. La prima esperienza, tecnica, mi ha consentito in interpretare e sviluppare la seconda. Devo molto a chi ha creduto in me e ai tanti Colleghi dai quali ho imparato tanto. Vorrei essere capace di trasmettere, in particolare ai giovani, tutta la passione che mi ha sostenuto fino ad oggi.I was born and professionally grew up in PRIMA INDUSTRIE. For over 10 years I was involved in training and technical documentation. Later I got the opportunity to deal with Human Resources. The first experience, technical, enabled me in interpreting and developing the second. I owe a lot to those who believed in me and to the many Colleagues from whom I learned so much. I would like to be able to transfer, particularly to young people, all the passion that has supported me to date.
