Currently working as a senior business data analyst in the Business Intelligence team. Our department produces reports using SAS for extracting and processing information that allows advanced data analysis. The goal is using data effectively to allow the management to make data-driven decisions, forecasts and identify new opportunities for business development. Main activities carried out: 1. reports on commercial and operational data for the CRM Department of the Bank;2. analyzes and executive summaries concerning commercial campaigns on new banking products supporting the Marketing Department in monitoring the achievement of monthly and annual goals;3. reports on non-performing exposures and guarantees given, supporting the Credit Department in monitoring the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies; 4. support to the Group Recovery & Resolution Plan Structure in the definition and production of the Recovery Plan annual reporting and in the development of the Data Room for the Regulator\'s resolution activities;
