ABOUT ADRIANNE M. CRAWFORD FLETCHER

I am a learning architect, educator, and executive facilitator dedicated to designing learning environments that strengthen individuals, organizations, and communities.My work sits at the intersection of instructional design, leadership development, and dialogue facilitation. Across higher education, public institutions, and national professional organizations, I design competency-based curricula, develop professional training modules, and facilitate conversations that help people navigate complex issues with clarity, empathy, and intellectual rigor.In leadership roles—including Vice Dean at the School of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University and Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Supreme Court of Ohio—I have developed learning systems that translate complex research and social challenges into practical frameworks that strengthen professional growth, collaboration, and measurable learning outcomes.A significant part of my work involves invited training and facilitation. Organizations regularly invite me back to lead workshops on:• Emotional intelligence in leadership• Constructive dialogue across differences• Bias awareness and decision-making• Professional communication and engagement• Organizational culture and belongingThese trainings have been delivered for leadership academies, legal organizations, behavioral health programs, universities, and community organizations across the United States, including the Cleveland Leadership Center, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Leadership Academy, CASA conferences, and healthcare and academic institutions.In addition to live facilitation, I design learning modules and curriculum frameworks for professional development.
